Vali Cooper & Associates (VC&A) is an employee-owned company founded in 1987 solely to provide construction management and inspection services to public- and private-sector clients. Of particular note is our flexibility in analyzing what our clients need for each individual project to help construction proceed as intended or better. Our services range from filling in the gaps in the construction management team on an on-call basis to independently and fully staffing any size project.

Maintaining organized project records is critical, including prudently controlling, monitoring and documenting construction item and change order costs, and documenting the quality of the material incorporated in the work, including test results.
