A technical specialist is an individual who has exhibited knowledge above that of his peers within a certain area. VC&A maintains a list of in-house specialists in scores of construction disciplines, to allow our employees to rely on each other for technical support and advice for difficult problem solving. The basis of this program is for employees to support each other in the areas of their particular strengths and standardize the quality of our services.
