  • New railroad grade separation between Jefferson Avenue and Caltrain Commuter Tracks
  • Project Elements Include: Replacement of an At-Grade railroad signal crossing; Two-Span, pre-stressed/post-tensioned, decorative, arched railroad bridge
  • Coordination with Union Pacific Railroad, Peninsula Corridor Caltrain, Amtrak and Joint Powers Board
  • Winner of APWA Project of the Year Award for Excellence

WINEVILLE AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION

  • $2.8M - Full Construction Management including Resident Engineer, Structures Representative, Inspection and Railroad Coordination
  • Project Elements Include: New, cast-in-place, pre-stressed, box girder railroad underpass, beneath a new city street
  • 3,000 Foot Railroad Shoofly of the Mainline Track
  • 30 Foot high temporary tie back shoring system 10 feet off centerline of track
  • Major utility installation and coordination
