About VC&A

Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. (VC&A) was founded in Point Richmond in 1987 to provide construction management and inspection services to public agencies. We have grown from a small, DBE firm to over 100 registered engineers and construction professionals experienced with project delivery and public works construction.

VC&A has worked for hundreds of public agencies, including every California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) district, the Nevada DOT, county measure agencies, and numerous counties, cities, water/flood control districts, private entities, and other clients. Since our inception, we have expanded our services to include program and project management, storm water pollution prevention, compliance and training, and engineering and building plan checks.
